Decisions for All of Sublette County

Every decision I make will be guided by what is best for the whole county — not individuals, special interests or select communities. Transparency and the greater good will always come first.

Responsible, Limited Government

The county government’s role is to deliver essential services — roads, bridges, and emergency response — while being careful stewards of taxpayer dollars. I will never support government competing with the private sector; instead, I’ll champion the local businesses that create jobs and strengthen our community. I also believe it is essential to protect the financial reserves built by the forward-thinking commissioners who came before us. Those reserves exist for a reason — to ensure that in lean times, Sublette County can continue to deliver basic services without compromise. Safeguarding that fiscal foundation is not just prudent; it is our responsibility to every taxpayer in this county.

Protecting Individual Rights and Private Property

I believe deeply in the rights of every Sublette County resident to live free from unnecessary government interference. Private property rights are the foundation of our way of life here in Wyoming — whether you are a rancher, a homeowner, or a small business owner — and I will always stand firmly against any overreach that threatens those rights.

Supporting Our Core Industries While Building for the Future

Oil and gas, ranching, and tourism are the backbone of Sublette County, and I will always fight to protect them. At the same time, I’m committed to thoughtfully attracting new businesses that fit our way of life, our values, and our customs — so our economy remains strong for generations to come.

A Place Worth Coming Home To

Having worked with hundreds of Sublette County’s young people over the years, I’ve seen too many talented, hardworking kids leave because they don’t see a future here. I will work tirelessly to build an economy and a community our children and grandchildren are proud to return to.

Bringing People Together, Not Driving Them Apart

I believe in respectful dialogue that generates real ideas and genuine progress. The divisiveness that has crept into our government discourages participation and stifles solutions. I’m committed to a different standard — one where neighbors can disagree respectfully and still move forward together.

Inspired by the Next Generation

The recent birth of my first grandson has deepened my sense of purpose. More than anything, I wish for him to grow up in a community where people truly listen to one another, consider different perspectives with an open mind, and treat each other with dignity. That’s the Sublette County I’m running to help preserve and build upon.
